To keep attendance cost affordable, we implement
- a reduced fee for students,
- a student volunteer program that offers a free registration in exchange for operational support during the conference,
- a reduced fee for people how cannot attend in person, and
- a support program for people with financial hardship.
In case of financial hardship, please contact us to discuss attendance options.
<Programming> 2026 aims to be an event where you meet your international colleagues in person. In case you cannot attend the conference in person, we offer online participation at a slightly reduced online participation rate. To register at the reduced online rate (80 € subtracted from the registration rate according to the above table), please contact us before registering. We highly appreciate if you understand that our audio/video facilities provided for online participants might be limited.
Cancelation policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us. For cancelations before March 6, 2026, we can offer a full refund. After that date we cannot offer any refund.
